Cancellation Policy At Grey Rose Salon, we value both your time and ours. To provide the best possible service to all of our client, we ask that you respect our cancellation policy. *24-HOUR NOTICE: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. *LATE CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time may be subject to a 50% charge of scheduled service. *NO-SHOW: Clients who do not show up to their scheduled appointments without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. *RUNNING LATE: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and it may be treated as a late cancellation.
